Weekly Parish Bulletin
Parish Bulletin 25 March 2018
The Diocese of Paisley has embarked on a unique assessment of the way the Church operates both spirituality, pastorally and examining the relationship between Priests and laity. This assessment has to date involved every Parish in the Diocese and parishioners, from all parts of the Diocese, including Priests, have concluded broad discussions on the issues raised above. The discussion stage has concluded and the main points recorded. These points are now subject to further scrutinisation and importantly how they can be implemented. It is hoped that by March 2017 some clarification will be achieved but implementation will take much longer to fulfil. Bishop John works tirelessly to make this synod be successful but its success will, to a great extent, depend on the laity. It is hoped that updates on progress will be reported in this web page.
