It should be noted that six months notification is necessary for all marriages and that with respect to Baptisms the parents and sponsors of the child require to meet the Parish Priest prior to the Baptism to discuss the implications and responsibilities of the Sacrament of Baptism.

CHILDREN’S LITURGY

All parishioners engaged with children within St. Bridget’s are subject to current regulations pertaining to children Safety and Protection Legislation.

Children up to 11 years of age are engaged in Children's liturgy during part of the Sunday Mass Services. Additional children facilities are being formulated

ST. BRIDGET’S PASTORAL COUNCIL

Membership of the Pastoral Council are as follows and each member can be approached by parishioners regarding issues pertaining to the Parish. These and other issues will be discussed at regular intervals by the Council.

ST. BRIDGET’S CHOIR

There are 14 Parishioners in the Choir under the musical direction of Mrs Gerry Mercer

GARDEN GROUP

Garden Group Garden Maintenance and development is undertaken by Danny McKendry Senior and Junior, Peter MacLean and Collette Melville.Due to the size of the garden additional help is welcome.
